Nice. Do you guys usually carry OWB?

Depends on the situation. Most of the time yes. If you have a larger frame (me = 6'3" 240ish #) you can pull of a larger carry much easier than a smaller person. I can pull off a full size pistol 1911, glock 21, ect without most people being alerted. A good holster & belt can make all the difference.

2nd for the holster and belt! I am decent size (6' 220 ish), but I can carry a full sized CZ 75 IWB and no one is the wiser. I carry in a hidden hybrid holster which is great because it can be carried IWB or OWB easily. I also use a 5.11 tactical reinforced 1 1/2" leather belt. Even the weight of a fully loaded all steel gun disappears due to quality belt/ holster combo

I see. I've always been under the impression that for real concealment IWB was necessary.

T shirt with a short sleeve button up shirt usually works fine for summer.

As stated above, a GOOD gun belt is pretty much a must. They're extra thick, and tanned specifically to be stiff and not bend. They will easily hold the weight of a heavy full steel full size 1911 pistol without sagging down, and keeps everything high on the waste where it belongs. Equally important is your gun leather or holster. They usually cost as much as a good belt (about 80-100+ bucks) and worth the money because they are designed well and made from quality materials. They ride the pistol high and tight, offer good retention and an easy draw. Some more inexpensive choices are a well made kydex, which are nice for reholstering after a draw. My crossbreeds are about $95 shipped, my Kirkpatricks  about $130. I generally use Galco leather belts that run around $90 for the 1-3/4" ones I prefer. Some guys buy a K-mart belt and an uncle mikes flip flop holster, then complain they can't conceal and it's uncomfortable, Their pants are constantly falling down, and they print like they have a typewriter under their shirt. Don't buy a decent pistol and cheap out on a carry belt and holster.

This is all very fascinating. I will most likely never be in a position to carry, but great information nonetheless.

.....and buy the best pistol your budget will allow. This does not necessarily mean the most expensive just shop smart.

I can see that you have great taste in pistols. I dont see a knife in that photo. they say "Don't bring a knife to a gunfight." I say "always bring a knife " . Where is your Knife? I know that you know better.
