Aaahhh, well used (and spray-painted) gear.  That wallet tells so many stories just sitting there.

That's what a real wallet looks like coldwater.

Preach, your wallets are bad ass too.

Am liking the look of that wallet Preacher. I am still waiting for Recycled Firefighter to list some wallets at a time thats more convenient to not being the middle of the night for me. Hopefully i will wake up this coming sunday so i can buy myself one of his slim sargents wallets. I am liking the size, durability and recycled nature of them.

Gotta suggest the Made in Maine Bison Front Pocket Wallet from Rogue Industries. Slim, amazing leather, and tough as a bison.

I've been waiting for Saddleback Leather to put out their new black leather for a few months now.

As soon as they release it, you can bet I'll be buying multiple wallets from them.

The credit card wallet from Saddleback is pretty minimal/stylish in my opinion.

The thing that appealed to me the most about their credit card wallet was that it

was still able to fold so you won't see cards or cash from the outside;

it keeps it looking more stylish and classy that way.

 Every time my wife sees it sitting on the desk I get the same reaction. When are you going to replace that rats nest and buy a new wallet! She get's the same answer every time. When it blows up and throws my shit all over, I'll think about it. It'll be like putting a good old dog to sleep! It's a little thread bare, but still does it's job. Just like me!

I have been using the Obstructures A3 Aluminum wallet for 3 months now and I love it. It easily holds all my cards (6-8), plenty of cash and about a dozen business cards. It's durable, blocks RFID and looks very cool. It's not for everybody though. People that carry their wallet in a front pocket will like this better than those that prefer to carry in a back pocket, and the rubber bands that hold it together take a bit of time to loosen up, so a break in period of 2 weeks is needed. The rubber bands also help to keep it from sliding around in your pocket, which is good, but make getting it a little harder. I don't have a problem with this personally, and I carry in the front pocket.

I use a Bellroy Slim Sleeve as well, love it.

Can't go wrong with Bellroy.. I have 2 of them.. The Hide and Seek and the Element Phone which is converted to an EDC carry bag : coins/fisher spacepen/USB memory stick/hidden cash/nail clippers

I'm not even sure why I asked...all four colors they offer are very nice.  :)

After much deliberation, I eventually got myself a hand-made leather waller from Colony Design in Johannesburg, South Africa (I'm in Cape Town, SA, and like to buy local-ish).

You can find it on this page: http://www.colonydes...collection.aspx

I carry cash and about 5 cards in it, but I reckon I could carry 8 (or maybe more). Coins now go in my pocket - best move I ever made. In retrospect, I could have got away with an even smaller wallet (like a card holder), but I'm happy with it. It's super slim, and has broken in nicely over time. I've attached some pics, with my Kershaw Cryo and Timex Weekender used for scale / to prop it up.

Next time round I might go for a cards-n-cash "quickdraw" style wallet - but I think it's going to be a long time before that happens. Then I'll look at MATBLAC, another South African company: http://matblac.com/products

I love a good minimalist wallet, especially when they're made from quality materials.  You can tell the craftsmanship that went into making those wallets.  The color options are just a bonus!
