I've been awol for a while as life has gotten busy bit the good busy but....

Literally with some scraps and a few stolen moments I knocked this together last night to at least temporarily organize my knife and light.

Made for my right front - I already think I will switch the knife to the inside or groin side for balance - make the backer wider ( I actually want to trace the pockets of my usual pairs of paints and find a happy medium profile -

it has worked ok today but long way to go.. easy to access and return the items and the "print" is way better than the previous " hey are glad to see me?" appearance of the loose lights and knives.

So does anyone have one they like and can share a pic or lessons learned?

I like the concept for sure. I'm not big on having my pockets full, but I like having a light and knife. I wouldn't mind trying to mock one of these up for myself from some scrap leather, but I'm actually thinking of trying to find a thin pouch that can go on my belt to keep my.knife and light in, maybe other items?
