A friend gave me a couple of Columbia Fishing shirts that her husband couldn't fit anymore, they just barely fit me. I'd like to get some more long sleeve ones for when my pale self is doing yard work or fishing but they are expensive. Has anyone come across any that are a similar sun blocking, sweat wicking material but cheaper? I looked at the Magellan brand at Academy and they were nice but not quite as comfortable, is this going to be my best option?

Try Sam's Club, they always seem to have fishing shirts at a reasonable price. Sometimes you can find them at Sierra Trading Post http://www.sierratradingpost.com/  which are usually of quality but more expensive. I've also picked up those kind of shirts at Bealls Outlet here in Florida. All in all I found Bealls to have good quality at a good price.
