Last autumn I discovered fidget toys, thanks to the Fidget Cube being announced, and I immediately realized this is what I needed in my life. I'm always fidgeting with something - if I'm not taking apart a nearby pen I'm wiggling my foot. This tends to bother others, so having a fidget toy to subtly play with is a godsend.

And since I got my first spinner all my friends were both confused and interested in them. So I thought I'd write a general overview post that talks about the different kinds of EDC spinners, something even complete newbies will understand.

And here it is: https://edctoys.net/edc-spinners/

I'm looking for feedback from those that have experience with spinners - have I left something out? Did I paint a clear enough picture of these things? :)

Looking forward to hearing your ideas!

Great toys really. From Last year I used most the times when stress on my mind. Even when I purchased from online there I got discount also.

I am also a nervous fidgiter. However, I only just bought my first spinner recently, and got one cheap from eBay.... Prior to this I have been wearing spinner rings for a while now, specifically Dice Rings from http://www.critsuccess.com/

I find these excellent and easily always 'to hand'.

LOL. Should have looked through the pictures on this site first. Most EDCers have a small collection of cap lifters. Doubt if you will sell any of those.

I have just got into spinners to help give my hands something to do since I'm quitting smoking.

Started out with a £2 basic spinner but wanted something with a bit more style and maybe utility.

Whilst on Amazon I came across the SIKAI Multi-Function Hand Spinner.

It states it functions as a Fidget Spinner, Carabina, bottle opener, wrench.

Although I just hang it on my belt loop and spin the little guy to help with cravings.

You can find it on Amazon.com for $9.28 (at time of posting).

They also come with the pictured keychain wire so the spinner could be used as a suspension clip to dangle your keys off.
