"Cannot save"

cannot save technical issue

This is my first time submitting so I don't know if there is something specific but not mentioned that is causing this but I went and got all the way through to #4. Publish in the submit and get an error of "Cannot save" followed by the button in a loading animation not allowing me to try again. I tried going back with "edit item list" and then resubmit but no luck.

 

My original picture fit the guidelines on the appropriate page, I filled out the names of all the items to the best of my knowledge/research(for older things I've had so long I don't remember what they are exactly), I get to the submit page and fill out both the title and additional comments and leave the tags section as it was autofilled. Unfortunately the error doesn't elaborate as to why it can't save so hopefully someone might know what I could try.

Try submitting again and see if it works.

same issue for me, ten days later.

too tedious a process to just keep trying, any light at the end of this tunnel?

had no problem using my older laptop; I encountered the problem using my ipad, next time I'll see if that will fly.
