I just got a M&P Shield 9mm, I'm just curious what a good holster would be for when I get my conceal carry. I have a hip holster but haven't decided yet on if I want to open carry a lot, Louisiana is fine with it and it isn't uncommon to see.
Is there a good conceal carry holster that can hold a spare mag?
On a related note, what is your favorite ammo and place to buy it?

I like my Aliengear holsters pretty good.
Try LAXAmmo.com for range rounds, their own brand is inexpensive, accurate, and reliable, and usually they have both 115gr and 124 gr in stock. Currently 1000 rounds of 124gr runs $209.

Comp tac makes decent spare mag holsters...
I run one of them along my alien gear 3.0

Sidecar from trex-arms. Top notch product from top notch people. If not a fan of aiwb I would go with a hybrid from keyhole holsters. Both excellent American small businesses.

I'm working on getting a G-Code Incog holster. Might be a little bit. I've had really good experiences with Freedom Munitions, and they do free shipping on your first order if you sign up for their newsletter.

My sister in law has an incog for her Glock 43. It's an awesome holster

Another vote for the alien gear 3.0 I love it.

Conceal it, no point drawing unwanted attention to yourself.
