Hey guys, I'm new around here. I've been following Everyday Carry for a while and now that I decided to get a new wallet I wanted to ask you for some recommendations.

I'm looking for a simple slim wallet (pref. leather) for cards and bills. I don't really like the ones where the money/cards are showing, so, I would exclude those, but if you have a good suggestion, go for it!

I saw some cool slim wallets with discount on amazon but unfortunately, shipping wasn't available to Portugal. That's also a problem, the availability to ship here. I also saw some wallets that I liked on KickStarter but the ones I was interested in, only start shipping around February and I'd really like to have it this month. I don't want to spend more then $30 - $50 with shipping costs included. :/

EDIT: Preference on Bifold options. :)

So, if any of you guys could give me your suggestions I would appreciate it a lot!

Thank you!

Paulo.

They are not leather (a few options are partial leather), but Big Skinny wallets are awesome. Most models are made of nylon micro-fiber and incredibly thin and lightweight. I personally use the Compact Sports Wallet which is a bifold. They have a pretty good selection of styles / options / colors. They are also fairly water resistant.

I think the saddleback leather card wallet might do the trick (I don't know if they ship internationally). Watch this video... your going to have to do folding with the money, but getting a slim leather bifold (that is quality) is hard to find for 30-50 dollars. The slimmest leather bifolds I've found are made of kangaroo leather which demands a premium price.  Anyway, the saddleback is a great product if you can live with having the cash be a little lose or folding the cash into quarters/thirds and putting them in a card pocket.  watch this video:

Thank's for the suggestion, although I don't really like nylon wallets. I really prefer leather, not just for the quality but also because it looks better overall, but thank you again. :)

Thanks for the suggestion man. This is the kind of wallet I am looking for, and I really liked it, but I made the checkout and the price was +$37 for shipping, which is ridiculous, I think... :/ Isn't there anything available in amazon UK? I can only find the brands seen on EverydayCarry on Amazon US... The ones I find there are a lot more expensive...

Anyway, if you have more suggestions, please let me know, if I know the brands and models of potential wallets to buy I can search them on other websites that might ship here.

Thanks a lot guys!  :)

Well, call it luck, but yesterday night, right after my last answer, I found the Secrid Miniwallet with 40% off discount, and it was in my city so I bought that one. This post can be closed, it's not as slim as I wanted it to be but I think I'm well served for some time. Thanks a lot guys!  :)

Also, the Wally Micro is highly recommended! It just got funded on Kickstarter a little bit ago, and I'm very happy with it!

My suggestion is the Bi Fold Lodis I own I love it it's slim and sleek but also durable I've had it for years. It does have a money clip on the outside and not I'm not a huge fan of that but for some reason this wallet i actually like it. I believe I paid about $70 so it's a bit over the price range you were looking for but it's well worth it!

Looks like you found one already.

If that one doesn't work that way you had in mind I would second the recommendation for the Business/Credit Card Wallet by Saddleback Leather Co. Mine is almost four years old and works really well. Attached is what looks like with business cards, credit cards, Starbucks card, and cash folded up.

As a second option the Front Pocket ID Wallet is really slim and I've been using it for three years and love it.

This is my daily driver. It holds a great amount and is very slim. See second attachment to compare the two wallets.

The Baurdi Agent is a great slim leather card holder. Check out this video review:

May I add- Eagle Creek slip- bi fold... for light carry, front pocket.
Tried the THE Wallet, but the closure makes it too big, even empty! For me anyway...

I have a kick starter campaign you might want to jump on then.

I have backed this company in the past with their first generation wallet and its lasted me the last 2 years.

definitely worth looking into since it meets basically all your requirements and is under $50 right now.

I've had TriHold Wallet for many years and have been happy with the amount of slots for pockets. I love the easy access of metro cards and credit cards.

It's a good tri fold wallet. Downside it doesn't hold much cash.

Since I moved to NY, I needed to carry more cash so I purchased this from kick starter and have been amazed of the amount of bills it can hold.

It holds less cards but holds more cash. Also as a RFID protection for important debit cards and credit cards.

I had a wallet for almost 2 years. My wife gave it to me as a birthday gift. When I received it, I was attracted by its color and appearance. Above all, it is slim as I expected.

If you are willing to change your initial request show your cards, the MANBAND is as slim as you can get.  I've been using one of these for a couple years and I love it.  I can hold 5-7 cards and some cash tucked in the middle.  The grip is nice and snug, nothing ever falls it.  It fits an any pocket and you hardly notice it is there.  Plus, it's pretty cool.  I get so many compliments on this thing.
