If you want to keep it simple, checkout Target in the travel section and look for a Life Gear 2pk keychain light set. They're under $10 and smaller than the Nano. They're only 8 lumens but they're non-obstrusive and you won't notice them in your keychain. I didn't think 8 lms was much but it's great for finding your doorknob or checking your closet for something. I use one to supplement my EDC flashlight I carry in my pocket.

I just got the Nitecore Tube (review & pics soon). So far, I recommend it (take that for what it's worth prior to review). It's super light & compact & bright & rechargeable :P

I only have one EDC light, a Thrunite Ti3, so for me it's Thrunite day everyday!

I want the Nitecore Tube, but right now I have the Gerber Tempo and it works very reliably. I've had it for a number of years and I've changed the battery once.. It runs on one AAA. O-ring makes it water resistant, and it has a lifetime warranty. It's also $11!

At 7 lumens, it's not terribly bright, but it's all I need to make my way home at night or find something I dropped, etc.

Here it is on the left, with my other keychain EDC items for size comparison.

Nitecore Tube on my car key ring. Maglite in my camera bag. Might add a Tube to my house key set once I have rearranged my keys with incoming carabiner and clips.

in this category I love the nitecore tube http://www.amazon.co...s=nitecore tubeit is from 5-45 lumens and recharges with a micro usb cord. I liked mine so much that I gave 3 more to friends and family. I have had several photons and this blows them away. promethius qr is awesome (also have one of these) but a lot of price, size , and weight difference.

Duff you are like a crack dealer!!! My shopping cart at Amazon.ca is over flowing... now I just need some cash.

reviving an "old" subject, I am looking for a replacement for my old Maglite solitaire... either I'm getting blind or this thing is really not powerful...  I was looking at the Fenix E05, anyone tried it?

I was very much curious for keychain flash light. But I did not find the suitable one. My main requirement was the flash should have more than 100 lumen intensity and there will be option to change the color and it must come from any branded company. At last my search has come to end and I found the suitable one. So I would like to recommend to others and may check if they are interested http://www.amazon.co..._sp_detail_page
